Find out how to see the status of your order after it’s placed.
You can track your order’s progress using the method you chose to place the order. Tracking helps you see delivery or pickup details and estimated arrival or readiness.
If you ordered through the Jollibee App:
- Open the app
- Tap on Account in the bottom navigation
- Tap on “My Account”
- Tap on “My Orders”
If your order was placed online, tracking information may be available through the confirmation page or confirmation message. Tracking tools help you check delivery or pickup timing.
If you cannot find your order or confirmation, contact customer support for help.
